Personal Training

Whether you’re a runner or any other type of athlete, training sessions are where you learn how to move your body move efficiently, prevent injury by having sport specific strength, and build a close relationship with your coach to gain the most progress.
Gait Analysis

Not sure how efficiently you’re running? Looking to minimize your chance of injury while running? By analyzing your gait, we can determine strengths and weaknesses within your movement, and give you cues and exercises to improve your mechanics.
