The Scoop

It all started with a rec soccer game at the age of 5, and from there, I was hooked. Over the years, I played lots of different sports, but at 15, I discovered a passion for lifting and dove into bodybuilding and powerlifting. I headed to UNT in 2018 to study kinesiology, became a personal trainer while I was there, and continued expanding my knowledge of functional movement and movement correction.

It wasn’t until 2019 that I stumbled into the sport of running. A lingering sports injury ended my bodybuilding journey, and at the same time I heard about a crazy marathon that is run around a single building. Deciding to attempt that race sparked my running career, and since then I have become a running coach, continuing to learn and grow in the sport, and my personal training background allows me to bring a unique approach.

Since then, I have competed in a range of distances from 5k all the way up to 50 miles. While my own training is 100% focused on qualifying for the U.S. Olympic Trials Marathon in 2028, I continue to help clients from all backgrounds achieve their unique goals, drawing from my diverse experiences to get them there.
