Utilizing my bachelor’s in kinesiology and years of experience in running coaching and personal training, we create a plan tailored specifically to your running goals and incorporate strength and conditioning to boost performance.

We start with a personal assessment incorporating gait analysis to establish a baseline, then we develop a holistic training plan for you that incorporates running, strength training, and mobility based on your personal goals and unique circumstances. Accountability and consistency are critical to your success, so you’ll be using TrainingPeaks to see your plan, log your workouts, and track your progress.
